Our team.

Tech For All is an initiative started by Rhea Ram. She is supported by a small team of professionals who serve as advisors and are passionate about bringing technology education to rural India. These individuals include experienced industry experts and community workers who are working tirelessly to achieve our mission. The team believes that technology can be a powerful tool for social change, and are committed to making it accessible to all.

Founder

Rhea Ram

Rhea Ram is the founder of Tech For All. She is a grade 10 student studying at The British School, New Delhi. She is passionate about technology education, having been initiated to the world of coding at the age of 10. Besides being an exemplary student, Rhea is passionate about reading fiction, classical Indian dance and western classical music on the piano.

Col (retd.) Mahender Singh Bisla

Col (retd.) Mahender Bisla served in the Indian army from 1970-1999. Post retirement he has been a grass-root level social worker involved in the upliftment of the farming community near Faridabad, Haryana. He is also Rhea's grandfather and has been guiding her with the social aspects of her initiative besides serving as the key liaison with the heads of the various schools.

Arun Tadanki

Arun Tadanki is Founder of Waveform Ventures, a VC that invests in early stage startups in India. His portfolio has many fast-growing startups backed by other stellar investors. He has more than 30 years of experience in leading, guiding and growing many technology-centric firms in India. Arun is guiding Rhea with the fund-raising aspects of her project.

Ravishankar Kuppuswamy

Ravishankar Kuppuswamy is a Senior technology executive and product visionary with 27 years of experience leading semiconductor product development in USA. He is a passionate and transformative leader with many years of experience in building organizations. He is excited to promote technology education in India and providing overall guidance as she grows her initiative.

Ram Kuppuswamy

Ram Kuppuswamy is an expert in the field of supply chain, having spent the last few decades working with many international and national corporations. Ram is also Rhea's father and was instrumental in initiating her to the world of technology and nurturing her interest in the field over the years. Ram is advising Rhea with respect to strategy and fund raising as she scales operations.

Ambika Bisla

Ambika Bisla is an experienced finance professional having worked with global Investment Banks and Government Institutions in the US and India. Most recently, she led a startup incubator for a leading university in Delhi. She is Rhea's mother and is currently assisting her with the operational aspects of Tech For All.

Richa Saklani

Richa Saklani is career coach and an experiential trainer with over 15 years of experience with people across ages. She is the CEO & Founder of INOMI, a leading college and career counselling firm in North India. She is Rhea's counsellor and has been playing a leading role in advising on many strategical aspects of Tech For All.

Ankit Goyal

Ankit Goyal is an IT engineer with an MBA from MDI Gurgaon. He is currently with INOMI and leads college counseling for students exploring tech careers. A wildlife photographer, Ankit has worked extensively with students in adventure and experiential training. Ankit is advising Rhea on technology aspects of her project.
